Terms of Use

Card Rush XYZ is a party card game from Luis Suárez, who operates under the name Luewell (“Luewell,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Luewell governing your use of the Card Rush XYZ app. By downloading or using Card Rush XYZ, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to use Card Rush XYZ

Subject to these Terms, Luewell grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Card Rush XYZ on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or content of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Who can play

Card Rush XYZ is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may make purchases only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for them.

3. The game

Card Rush XYZ is a party card game for entertainment. Classic, Frenzy, Practice, and Tournament are played against AI players on your device. Private rooms and quick online matches are played with other people through our rooms server; the other players in a room see your nickname, your avatar, and your level. Do not use modified apps or automation in online matches; we may cancel results obtained that way. We may add, change, or remove modes, rewards, and features over time.

4. Credits

Credits are a virtual in-game item that you win by playing. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are licensed to you, not sold. They are stored only on your device and are lost if you delete the app or lose the device; Credits already spent or lost are not refunded or restored. We may change how Credits are won and what Credits unlock.

5. In-app purchases

“VIP” (which removes ads and unlocks Frenzy mode, and also includes rank protectors and VIP avatar frames) and “Remove Ads” are one-time purchases. They are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and managed through RevenueCat; none of them is a subscription or renews. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region. “VIP” and “Remove Ads” can be restored on your other devices that use the same Apple ID with “Restore purchases” in the Shop or in Settings. If Apple refunds or reverses a purchase, we may remove what it unlocked.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store terms; Luewell cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

6. Ads

Card Rush XYZ shows ads served by Google AdMob between offline matches. Buying “VIP” or “Remove Ads” stops those ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and services they advertise.

7. Your data

Card Rush XYZ has no account or sign-in. Your progress, Credits, level, and settings exist only on your device and we keep no copy; they are lost if you delete the app. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Card Rush XYZ, its name, design, software, card art, and other content are owned by Luewell or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Luewell’s trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Card Rush XYZ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app or online play will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your progress and Credits will always be preserved.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luewell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of Card Rush XYZ. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Apple’s role

Card Rush XYZ is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. This agreement is between you and Luewell only. Apple’s standard App Store terms also apply to your download and use of the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the iOS app and may enforce them.

12. Termination

These Terms apply while you use Card Rush XYZ. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to online play if you materially breach these Terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of Card Rush XYZ after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
